#1 Bobby Witt Jr.

Witt keeps getting better in his first year of baseball. In his first 52 games, he has 23 extra-base hits and eight stolen bases. In addition, the shortstop’s athleticism is off the charts, with an average sprint speed of 30.4 feet per second.
