Dhas is an Indian cricketer. Sachin and Uday Saharan smashed half-centuries to propel India to its ninth U-19 World Cup final.
He helped India recover from a top-order collapse in the first semi-final against South Africa in the U-19 World Cup 2024 on January 6, 2024.
He struck 96 off 95 balls in India’s first semi-final of the U-19 World Cup, helping them reach a difficult goal of 245 in 48.5 overs.

The boy stated that his father was a passionate fan of the legendary Sachin Tendulkar and decided that his son’s name would likewise be Sachin.
Dhas stepped out to bat in a dangerous situation at 32-4, chasing 245, but hit a spectacular 96 off 95 to propel his nation to their sixth consecutive U19 World Cup final.
He told captain Uday Saharan after India’s stunning victory.
Captain Saharan also contributed significantly to the triumph, scoring 81 off 124. He spoke of batting with Dhas.
Saharan and Dhas added 171 runs, the highest fifth-wicket stand in U19 World Cup history.
Uday Saharan praised Indian bowler Raj Limbani’s first-ball six
Despite the record partnership between Saharan and Dhas, the game became extremely close in the conclusion as India lost wickets in a row. They needed 17 off 14 with three wickets left.
However, bowler Raj Limbani came out and smacked a first-ball six over midwicket, calming the tensions.
Limbani’s cameo of 13 off four helped India win by two wickets despite a late collapse. They now await the winner of Pakistan’s second semifinal against Australia.
