Did Naveen Ul-Haq said sorry to Virat Kohli?: On Twitter, a bogus Naveen-ul-Haq account offered an apology to Virat Kohli. The fake tweets were retweeted by fans who believed the LSG pacer was the one apologizing to the RCB batter.
Following Lucknow Super Giants’ (LSG) elimination from the Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL 2023), a few tweets purportedly coming from Naveen-ul-Haq’s account started to become popular online. The tweets served as a letter of apology to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batsman Virat Kohli, with whom the LSG pacer had a verbal altercation during a prior T20 league encounter. These tweets gained traction because some believed that the Afghan fast bowler had finally exhibited humility and apologized for his conflict with Kohli.
Naveen ul Haq has apologized to Virat Kohli in a post that has gone viral on social media. In his tweet, Naveen claims that mistreating Virat Kohli was the biggest error of his life. The social media account also sent out multiple tweets of gratitude and regret to Kohli and his supporters. Even more so, he tweeted that Kohli is superior to Babar Azam.
However, after more investigation, we discovered that the account is bogus and the individual is most likely a Virat Kohli supporter.
Naveen ul Haq put in a strong performance against the Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator, but he was unable to lead his team to victory. LSG lost by 81 runs after being knocked out for 101 while chasing a goal of 183.
