Prestigious cricketer MS Dhoni has documented a criminal scorn request against senior IPS official, G Sampath Kumar, for his claimed ‘shocking’ and ‘obstinate’ comments against the High Court and the Madras High Court in an extra composed proclamation regarding a criticism suit recorded by the cricketer.
He said the extra composed proclamation, documented on December 17, 2021, by the cop, ’embarrasses’ and ‘brings down the power of the High Court and High Court. The respondent (Sampath Kumar) has expressed the High Court digressed from its emphasis on law and order and retired the testimony saved in a specific fixed cover because of reasons he “neglected to fathom”.
In addition, he has expressed that tragically the summit court, because of reasons most popular to it, decided to keep in a fixed cover a select piece of the report of Equity Mudgal Board of trustees that should have been examined by an SIT, Dhoni said in the request.
He looked for the court to rebuff the cop according to the consent allowed by the Backer General (AG) under area 15 of the Disdain of Courts Act, 1971. The extra composed assertion was recorded by Sampath Kumar in a common suit moved by Dhoni looking for Rs100 crore harm from the official and Zee Media Organization for making match-fixing charges against him.
The matter was recorded for hearing before a division seat headed by Equity PN Prakash on Friday however it couldn’t go after the hearing.
