India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are the five teams that are sure to play each other. Finally, one of the teams from Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, or the UAE will get the sixth place. There will be a qualifying round before the tournament, and the winner will get a spot on the sixth team.
The Asia Cup will be held in the UAE in 2022. There will be 13 different games during the tournament. India won the tournament last year and is trying to win it again. In 2018, India won the title by beating Bangladesh in the final. India also has won the most Asia Cup titles, with seven titles to their name. Teams and Groups for the 2022 Asia Cup
The Asia Cup 2022 will have six teams. They are India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. One more team will be able to join the tournament after the qualifying round. In the qualifier round, there will be four teams: Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, and UAE.
When the tournament is over, the team that wins will be in sixth place. There are two groups in the 2022 Asia Cup. Group 1 is made up of India, Pakistan, and the team that got in. Group 2 has Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.
During the group stage, each team will play one game against the other teams in its group. After that, the top two teams from each group will move on to the next round. After that, each team will play each other once during the super 4 round. After that, only the top two teams will be in the final.

Asia Cup 2022 – Venues
UAE is where the tournament will take place. Sri Lanka, on the other hand, is hosting the tournament. So Sri Lanka was supposed to be the place where the tournament would take place. But because of the political turmoil going on in the country, they had to move the tournament to UAE.
Since the tournament is in UAE, all the games will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
