After scoring a double century for Sussex in county cricket, Cheteshwar Pujara has now indicated a return to form. Cheteshwar Pujara, once called the new wall of Team India, was dropped from the Indian Test team due to poor performance on the South African tour.

Worcestershire batted first in the match and posted a mammoth total of 491 runs in their first innings. In reply, Sussex’s first innings stopped to just 269 runs. During this, 16 fours came off his bat.

He spent 36 minutes at the crease, with 12 runs. With his dismissal, Sussex’s hopes of winning or drawing the match completely ended. The result was that Sussex lost the match by an innings and 34 runs. Pujara tweeted saying that the result did not come favorable but we will come back with full strength. At the same time, Pujara expressed the hope of contributing continuously to the team.
