An agreement signed between the NZC and 6 major associations regarding this. This contract with the players will be for 5 years. Women cricketers will start getting their payments under the new rules from August. After the implementation of the new rule, kiwis women cricketers will get around Rs 5 lakh for Tests, around Rs 1.96 lakh for ODIs, and around Rs 1.25 lakh for T20 matches.
At the same time, women cricketers will also get the benefit of the new contract in the domestic circuit. The players of the Plunkett Shield tournament will get about 86 thousand rupees. And the players of the match of Ford Trophy / Halliburton Johnstone Shield will get about 40 thousand rupees.
The highest rank player will get Rs 9.5 lakh every year
If taking about the salary is received under the agreement, then New Zealand Cricket Board has decided that New Zealand’s highest-ranked women cricketers will get around Rs 9.5 lakh every year. Similarly, the number of women players who got the contract has also increased from 54 to 72 lakh rupees.

There is 14 times difference in salaries between male-female players in India
There is a 14x difference in the wages of male and female players in India. The player who gets the central contract in the men’s category gets a maximum rank gets of Rs 7 crore. Whereas in the female category the amount is Rs 50 lakh.
