    Mikel Arteta, who started his Arsenal career with a two-goal first half, will hope that this is a sign of great things to come. In his Bundesliga debut, he scored two goals and forced two own goals in spite of Nuremberg defense.

    New targets and a growing player pool will help to keep the hopes of the Champions League for Manchester United this season. The club missed out last term, but it has brought in new transfers that aid their cause.

    Arsenal will prepare for next season in the coming weeks. Their first confirmed stop on the pre-season tour includes a brief stop in Germany and then heading to the US and finally playing a friendly against Arsenal at their stadium.

    The competition amongst the top four teams is heating up this season, and the work that will get done soon could have important implications by May.

    Fans can watch the entirety of Arsenal’s pre-season games live and on their own time all season, if they are willing to pay £5.99 each. The games will be available on Pay-Per-View and include matchday coverage, analysis and interviews.

    Some limitations apply for the Arsenal.com coverage. The Gunners’ season opener against Nurnberg will not be available to watch in Germany, while their clashes with Orlando and Chelsea will only be available to view in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Japan, China, and Thailand. The tie with Sevilla at the Emirates will not be available to view in Spain.
