Salman Butt recently expressed his anger with the Pakistani media for using Shoaib Malik‘s marriage to actress Sana Javed to gain views and likes on social media.
The former Pakistan captain pointed out that numerous television networks have been airing shows and spreading rumours about the experienced all-rounder’s third wedding.
In a recent YouTube video, Butt mentioned that one of his former teammates got married.
Today’s television shows are all about how long this marriage will endure.
There is a lot of conjecture about who is correct and who is incorrect. This is nobody’s problem.
However, it appears that they are uninterested in their task. This is all for the sake of viewing and likes.
It’s worth noting that Shoaib Malik already divorced his first wife, Ayesha Siddiqui, and married Indian tennis sensation Sania Mirza in 2010.
Malik announced on Instagram that he married Sana Javed for the third time.
He is now playing cricket for Fortune Barishal in the Bangladesh Premier League.
People have received social media, but the literacy rate is really low – Salman Butt
Salman Butt also discussed how, as social media has grown in prominence, cricket players have been under continual criticism.
He stated that there are several downsides to this.
Yes, social media may be beneficial at times, but it also has drawbacks and has been much missed.
People have adopted social media, yet literacy rates are quite low. The mental process has not matured.
Butt believes that, while the number of social media users in Pakistan has grown exponentially, it is critical to educate individuals on how to use these platforms responsibly.
