According to the federation, certain players have been subjected to “unacceptable racist and cruel comments on social networks,” and the organisation announced it would submit a complaint against individuals who made the offensive remarks.
The French Football Federation issued a statement saying, “These abominable behaviours and abuses are strongly condemned by the French Football Federation.”
