PBKS IPL 2024 – No. 1 Prabhsimran Singh
Since 2019, Prabhsimran Singh has been a member of the Punjab Kings squad. However, until last season, he struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular.
During IPL 2023, the Patiala-born wicketkeeper had numerous memorable innings, including a thrilling century against Delhi Capital on the slow-turning Arun Jaitley Stadium surface.
Prabhsimran appeared in 14 games last season, scoring 358 runs with a strike rate of 150.42 and an average of 25.57. His efforts earned him a spot on India’s roster for the Asian Games in 2023.
The Kings will be hoping that the 23-year-old hard-hitting batsman maintains his excellent form in the coming season.
