India will not be playing Pakistan in any of the bilateral series in the 2023-2027 cycle. The columns against Pakistan have been kept blank by the board of the Future Tours Programme (FTP) which is sent to all the state associations.
According to the reports team, India will be playing 38 test matches of which 20 will be home matches and 18 will be away fixtures. Then it comes to the ODI where India will be playing 42 ODI fixtures out of which 21 will be home and 21 will be away fixtures.
There are going to be 61 T20I fixtures out of which 31 will be home fixtures and 30 away fixtures in the latest reports of the 2023-2027 cycle.
Until the Government of India speaks or release any decision BCCI is not in a position to take any of the decision for the bilateral series taking off with Pakistan by India.
Due to the ICC event every year the bilateral series of team India has been reducing. In the current cycle, India will be playing 141 fixtures whereas the previous cycle has 163 matches.

According to the secretary of BCCI Jay Shah, the quality of content has improved. He speaks to one of the leading sports news portals stating, “However, the number if home test matches have gone up along with an optimum mix of quality opponents across all three international formats. A regular IPL season along with a fixed home season also allows for ideal preparation against quality opponents in the right format going into ICC events.”
Every two years India will be playing 5-match test series opposite to England and Australia on home and away basis. Which is like one home series in every four years between them.
There are also going to be tours in 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is where India will be playing 5 Test matches, 3 ODIs matches and 5 T20I matches in the cycle against Australia and England having a single annual series every year during the cycle.
